Hello Family,

We meet again and together we walk by faith not by sight. We walk with unlimited possibilities and with an abundance of strength. We are the victors not the victims. We are the conquerors not the conquered and most important we overcome obstacles placed in front of us. Why? We represent the evolution of the real true believers and achievers.

For this week's topic I want us to think of some phrases or a word that goes along with a song to give encouragement to those in need. We go through so many things in life and all we miss is a good phrase or a word that connects with a song to see us through. Something you may live by or have heard and now its beneficial to your life. I'm sure we have many but which one in particular stands out the most.

    Family,

    There have been many of times where I have fallen down and didn’t have the strength to get up. Sometimes situations can be so severe they hold you down whereas you cannot envision yourself succeeding. I choose to understand that if I were to be knocked out every again-I will get right back up. Because of songs like this it’s enabled me to rethink about my limitations. That’s what makes me stronger.

    My gift of encouragement to you. We fall down, but we get up. I empower you to keep pressing forward in your life-no matter what.

    Hi Terry
    Every day I thank GOD for another day.With him in my life I know all things are possible. Without him I never would have made it to the happy place that im in. Marvin Sapp said it in his song never would have made it and he's right. The air that I breathe is a gift from my HEAVENLY FATHER. In life we all have our highs and lows but I truly get my strength and my motivation from the relationship I have with GOD. I know that there are going to be times when I feel like giving up but for me failure is not an option. SO I pray. He may not come when you call him but he's always on time. We all have days when we dont feel like getting up in the morning so I made this song the tone for my alarm and when i hear it I give thanks for another day.

    In life we have endless possibilities of who we are and who we can become. There is never a tidal wave we can't ride. We are the masters of our own destiny. Keep moving forward...

    I have encountered many situations where life has struck me hard, and I didn't always get up right away. The song that would always up lift me from whatever situation was Brighter Day, written by Kirk Franklin. It was so easy to notice the storm in front of me that gaining sunshine for my brighter day had no meaning. The song also led me to the realization that it does not matter how long it takes you to get up, because what is most important is that you arose from that situation, and turned it into something positive. Now I am proud to say that whatever life strucks me with,will never defeat me, but only make me stronger, because I know that those hardships will eventually lead me to my brighter day. There is never a testimony without a test.

    Hi Terry and friends,

    I had to think about this one because I am inspired by so many different songs. When you get to know me well you will know that I am always singing.
    One song that came to mind is by one of my girls, Mary J Blige. Although she does not have a voice that is mainstream she sings from her heart about real issues and feelings. Her song "Just Fine" always inspires me. Some of the words are;
    "Feels so good, when you’re doing all the things that you want to do
    Get the best out of life, treat yourself to something new
    Keep your head up high
    In yourself, believe in you, believe in me
    Having a really good time, I’m not complaining
    And I’m a still wear a smile if it's raining
    I got to enjoy myself regardless
    I appreciate life, I’m so glad I got mine"
    The music inspires me but my faith has always given me hope and understanding.
